Our History
Elite Training began it's roots in the fitness industry in the year of 2007. After working within several large gym chains, we noticed that the fitness industry in general became a "churn and burn" business where customer service became the last priority. It seemed obvious that a change needed to be made and we decided to put together a "Dream Team". By working closely with Dr. Matthew Rhea PhD and several of Utah's top personal trainers, Elite Training began to create a new standard for the fitness industry by providing an addicting fitness culture and the best results. We believe that in order to provide the full benefits of what fitness and a healthy lifestyle can provide, we must focus on building healthy long term relationships through exceptional customer service and by providing the best training experience possible.
