Pricing options;
New Residential Projects: $1.25 per square foot, this includes engineering and stamps.
Residential additions and basement finishes: $40.00 per hour
Professional drafting services for licensed professionals: $40.00 per hour
SketchUp models: $100-$1500 depending on complexity of model (Free with all new residential projects.)

Although CornerStone Planning is not a licensed architect or engineer, we are in collaboration with licensed professionals from both of these disciplines.
